Wine Flight Social's
Wine Tasting Experiences

Starting from £30 per person, all wine tasting flights are tailored to you.

What makes a good Wine Flight Social?

First we start by deciding on a theme based on what type of wine you would like to try. To help get you thinking about your bespoke Wine Flight Social, below are a few popular themes. Whether you would like to use one of these themes, or have another idea, I’ll work with you to create your own personalised experience.

Whatever theme you choose, my aim is to make the event fun, informative, and as social as we can. I want to show you that you don’t need to be an expert to be able to enjoy a diverse selection of wine, without being overwhelmed with wine jargon or sounding like a wine bore. Armed with a few key pieces of knowledge and some easy tips, I can help you build your confidence to explore the wonderful world that is wine, and to find the ones you like and the ones you don’t.

Types of Sparkling wine
Focus on Fizz

Champagne, Prosecco, Asti, Cava, Crémant, Pet Nat – who knew there were so many names for wines with bubbles!

Wine glass
New World vs Old World

A classic theme where we compare wines using the same grapes from European countries vs the rest of the world, or a specific country like Australian wine vs French wine.

Same Place

A selection of different wines, all from the same country or region of your choice.

This could even focus close to home with English wine or Kent wine for example.

Wine
Beginners Red Wine

This wine flight looks to gently acclimatise your taste buds, where we will taste low tannin wines, like Pinot Noir, as opposed to a high tannin Cabernet Sauvignon.

Pick a Grape

Here we take a grape, for example Chardonnay, and build a flight that showcases the different styles of wine a single grape variety can produce.

Wine and Cheese
Focus on Food

A wine flight specifically to match a menu of your choice, a food of your choice (think cheese!) or even your favourite takeaway.
